Who I am
Launchtwice is a one-person web design studio run by Carter Stokes in San Diego, California. In this policy, “I” means Launchtwice.
What I collect
Only what you send me. When you use the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, your website and any note you add. To stop spam, the form briefly checks your IP address; it isn’t stored with your message. This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How I use it
To reply to you and talk about your project. I don’t sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising, and I won’t add you to a mailing list.
Who helps run the site
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. Form messages are delivered to my inbox by Resend. Both handle data only to provide those services.
Private proposals
Some pages are private proposals made for a specific business, using only information that business has made public. They aren’t listed, aren’t indexed by search engines and expire after 30 days. If one was made for your business and you’d like it taken down sooner, ask and it will be removed the same day.
How long I keep it
Messages stay in my inbox for as long as they’re useful for working with you. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Send the request through the contact form and I’ll take care of it promptly.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
